Regale is a plain sub chenille with a soft handle that creates beautiful drapes & roman blinds. This plain design is designed to compliment the patterned Jacquards In the Elvington collection and with a 50,000 rub test it can even be used on upholstery.
Note: fabric used for upholstery will need to be FR treated first.
